ChemSite is the central contact platform in the Ruhr region for start-ups and medium-sized enterprises from the chemical and related industries. ChemSite aims at individual support for start-ups and at enhancing and strengthening the productivity and competitiveness of medium-sized enterprises.

The support of start-ups and medium-sized enterprises is a significant contribution to enhancing the regional economical structure and to the structural change in the Ruhr region, including preserving existing jobs and creating new ones.
